The CANDLE study is sponsored by The Urban Child Institute (TUCI) and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. CANDLE is being conducted by the Department of Preventive Medicine in conjunction with Methodist Healthcare-Germantown Hospital, the Regional Medical Center and local obstetrical practices.
Partners are vital to the success of CANDLE and are important contributors to this local study. CANDLE will provide us with information that will have a lasting impact on early childhood learning in Shelby County and the Mid-south.
